We’re looking for an Implementation Lead to join our team on multiple client projects. We are a fast growing and dynamic financial services consulting business with an enviable roster of high-profile Top 100 asset manager clients.
As an Implementation Lead, you will work in the Implementation team and will be responsible for leading the delivery of an Aladdin OMS implementation lifecycle.
You’ll be working effectively with Clients to help deliver agreed requirements within agreed timelines. You will manage a client relationship and deliver to the agreed cost, time and quality criteria set with the client.
You will work as part of the broader change team to effectively manage client deliveries and manage internal resources as well external resources working on the implementation by providing regular communication and management information to management, the business, and stakeholders.
Developing as a subject matter expert for relevant business areas. You will actively promote an ethos of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Skills and experience
- Project management experience and an understanding of project management methodology
- Financial Services and/or Consultancy experience
- Previous experience of working with Aladdin is preferable
- Previous experience of working on OMS implementations is required
- Proficiency in MS Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Excel in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
