We are a small, high growth consultancy founded on a promise to ‘transform the investment industry through innovation, agility and impact’.  

We work with Asset Managers, Wealth Managers and Asset Owners on a wide range of change initiatives and are industry leaders in the design and implementation of change programmes that maximise the impact of BlackRock’s Aladdin. 

 
We foster a people centred approach and a strong culture of continuous learning to ensure best practice and client impact. Teams are actively supported with experienced leadership and discipline leads able to draw on substantial knowledge (together with the wider team) to help deliver successful outcomes.
