Responsibilities
- Working in conjunction with our Implementation Consultant team, designing, implementing, testing solutions to meet client business requirements.
- Working alongside Project Managers, managing day-to-day client relationships on projects, providing effort estimates and supporting project planning and task allocation.
- Providing ongoing client advisory and support during the implementation, including solving data migration/reconciliation issues and UAT.
- Collaborating with teammates from across the EMEA Implementation group, contributing to knowledge sharing and helping to build an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Partnering closely with our Product team to communicate new requirements and trends you’re seeing with our clients to help shape product innovation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing them with timely updates on their investments
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Develop strategies to maximize returns while minimizing risk
- Monitor market conditions and adjust portfolios accordingly
- Research potential investments and analyze the performance of existing investments
- Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all client needs are met
- Participate in team meetings to discuss portfolio performance and strategy
- Assist in the development of new products and services
- Provide support to senior management as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry news and regulations
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
